Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. At Yanshora, we currently charge a minimum shipping fee ranging from ₹99 to ₹149 for most orders. However, shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • The delivery location and serviceability of your pin code.
  • Courier partner rates and applicable surcharges.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to respond, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate when placing your order. Yanshora cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
